How do I redeem my Choice Gift Card?

Go to gift-card.com/au and click on Redeem Choice Gift Card at the top of the homepage. Enter your 19-digit card number to check the current balance. Then, pick a gift card of your choice from the available selection. Fill in your details and use the PIN code provided in the e-voucher. Finally, redeem your Choice Gift Card.

What’s the balance on my Choice Gift Card?

You can easily check your gift card balance at gift-card.com/au. The balance on your Choice Gift Card is valid for three years from the date of purchase.

Can I choose multiple gift cards with one Choice Gift Card?

Yes, you can. You’re free to spend the balance on more than one gift card. For the full selection, visit our redemption page.

How do I place an order?

Choose your gift card, select the amount, and add it to your basket. Enter the delivery details and complete your payment. We accept credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Business orders can also be paid by invoice.

Can I place a business order?

Yes, you can. Simply place your business order in our webshop and choose your preferred payment method: Apple Pay, credit card or invoice. Please note: for security reasons, gift cards are activated only after payment is received. Invoice payment is not available for digital gift cards. Ordering in bulk or want your cards personalised with your company logo? Request a free quote.

Can I cancel my order?

Please note: e-vouchers cannot be returned. During checkout, you’ll be informed that by ordering digital content, you agree to immediate delivery (you’ll receive the voucher by email).

Where is my e-voucher?

Depending on your email provider, our e-voucher email may arrive in a different folder than your main inbox. This could be a Promotions, Other, Updates, Spam, or Junk folder. In Gmail, the Promotions tab is located under “Categories” in the left-hand menu and may not be immediately visible. We recommend checking all folders or using the “All Mail” or “All Inboxes” view if available. To ensure future delivery to your inbox, please add our email address to your contacts or mark the message as ‘not spam’.
