No, unfortunately, once you’ve redeemed your Choice Gift Card, you cannot exchange, modify or cancel the selection.

Can I cancel my redemption and choose a different card?

Can I choose between a physical or digital gift card during redemption?

Can I choose more than one gift card with a single Choice Gift Card?

Sometimes, a gift card may be temporarily unavailable or there may be technical issues. Some cards are also not included in the redemption offer but are only sold separately.

Why isn’t my preferred gift card available?

To redeem your Choice Gift Card, a PIN is required. Whether a PIN is needed for the gift card you select depends on that specific card. If you’re unsure, contact the customer service of the selected card brand.

Do I need a PIN to use my redeemed gift card?
